Returns and Exchanges of Ordered Products

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective. We will respond within 7 days of arrival only in the following cases.

• Initial defects
• Damage during delivery (damage to the product packaging for product protection is not covered)
• Wrong product due to our mistake
